mais on peut vouloir privilégier le bio pour d’autres raisons que sa santé personnelle ; la santé et le mode de vie des agriculteurs, par exemple.
Remarque que c’est toujours le même dénigrement du bio qui revient tous les 2 ans appuyé par une étude scientifique. C’est sûr qu’étant donné la définition fluctuante du bio au gré de l’europe industrielle, on peut dire n’importe quoi sans problème.
On peut dire aussi que tout ce qui fait rempart à l’ingestion de produits de l’industrie pétro-chimique & agro-alimentaire est bon pour la santé.
Est-ce que j’ai le droit à des subventions pour le prouver par A+B dans une étude scientifique d’un grand labo ?

je trouve cependant que les études présentées sont restreintes : le risque d’allergie, les nutriments, les omégas 3... sauf en ce qui concerne la présence de pesticides dans les urines, la plupart des études sont réalisées sur les aliments eux-mêmes, ce ne sont pas des bilans de santé complets de consommateurs de bouffe bio ou conventionnelle
Les analyses des aliments séparés peuvent en effet présenter peu de différences, mais lorsque tous ces ingrédients sont ingérés de façon répétée tout au long de la vie, le bilan sur la santé est peut-être sensiblement différent
