unDraw - Open source illustrations for any idea
The design project with open-source illustrations for any idea you can imagine and create. Create beautiful websites, products and applications with your color, for free.
Dans mon idée, on partait plus sur les icônes ici pour s’y retrouver et les outils dans d’autres fils :) et avec un #Ressources_graphisme ou #Ressources_integration pour tout lier.
Mais à voir.

How to Design Better Icons

▻http://thenounproject.com/johncaserta/collection/documentary
Brief :
This collection harkens back to the 1930s pictographic style, when icons were drawn as a type of early documentary photograph – descriptive of everyday actions, but more suitable for reproduction with the coarse printing presses of the era. This realistic (but not without humor, voice or wit) type of drawing is visible in Rudolf Modley and Gerd Arntz’s archive. We can get a sense of the culture by seeing a slightly simplified version of the hair, clothes, mannerisms and industrial objects of the time.

I’m asking all of you — wherever in the world you may be — to help build a collection that documents people doing what they do today — whether funny, awkward, honorable or mundane. What I hope to see is a snapshot of contemporary global culture using a timeless pictographic style.
Think of them as documentary icons, akin to the small format photographs taken in the subsequent era by Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Frank, Diane Arbus, and Lee Friedlander.

OCHA adds 500 free humanitarian symbols to communications tools and services

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian affairs (OCHA) has created a set of 500 freely available humanitarian icons to help relief workers present emergency and crisis-related information quickly and simply.
When a disaster strikes, it is vital that the humanitarian community can gather reliable data on the locations and needs of affected people and who is best placed to assist them. This often involves the need to present complex information in a way that everyone can understand.
